We run Out of School clubs located in local community centers such as church halls. This Out of school clubs include breakfast, Afterschool and Holiday clubs for children from ages 4-11 years. Our aim is to provide a safe, solid, spiritual and stimulating environment for children as they play and learn through specialised extra- curricular activities, such as, Choir, Nativity play, sports, Arts, homework etc.
We provide out of school tutoring to children and young people from ages 10 -25 years covering primary, secondary school and university students. Our Individual tutors specialise in various subjects and age group. Please read each tutor’s profile before booking the tutor suitable for you. All our tutors are qualified and DBS checked. Some of the subjects we cover include Maths, English, chemistry, Physics, electric engineering science, electronics etc. The tutoring is currently virtual via google meet ups.
We offer a variety of professional childcare and education training for individuals, out-of-school clubs, and other organisations to support their ongoing professional development. THE COURSES include safeguarding, mental health first aid in the workplace, assertiveness skills, effective teamwork, developing creativity in play-work, Enable childcare programme and MUCH more.
If you are thinking of setting up an out of school club, we can work with you to help you get started including meeting OFSTED requirements, staff training , providing Policies and procedures documents, etc.
We particularly want to work with churches to set up a stand-alone out of school club or a franchise of Green olives club for the community where they are located.
Some of the benefits of having such a club include increased community engagement, income generation, opportunity to impact the next generation positively.
We also provide out of school club quality assurance program to mentor clubs in building systems to continuously meet OFSTED requirements and to maintain the quality of your setting.
This an online or face-to-face safeguarding training for anyone working or volunteering with children and young people. This course gives an overview of the different ways in which children or young people might be vulnerable and what to do to keep them safe.
With the impact of COIVD 19 on the mental health of people especially, employees, young people, this is an opportunity to empower your staff or young people to spot signs of mental ill health and offer first aid support to them the by improving mental health skills, confidence and access to support, the work-place becomes a happier and stimulating environment for all.
This is an opportunity to improve staff’s teamwork behaviours and team’s performance in an out of school provision. We will be addressing issues like managing staff conflicts, effective communication skills, problem solving skills with real life scenarios etc.
This course will give an opportunity for practitioners to know when and how to exercise assertiveness in manging children’s or young people’s behaviour. We will take a look at techniques, real life scenarios, case studies as well as opportunities to reflect on your practice.
This course will give an opportunity for playworker or childcare practitioner’s to generate creative ideas and methods on how to help expand children’s play experiences especially when resources are limited.

A 5-week programme on what to know to work with children including information on accessing job and further training opportunities in the childcare and education sectors.There will also be 1:1 career coaching sessions covering skills like CV-writing, job search and interview preparation
